Mixed feelings about the stay

small room hidden taxes

The breakfast was the only thing that met my expectations.

I booked a larger room with a couch, but I got a small room with NO couch. The food and drinks menu did NOT show the real prices. They added taxes as they pleased, CHEATING customers who don't know the tax system.

mixed feelings ABOUT the STAY

unhelpful lifeguards restricted usage

i WAS quite disappointed with a few aspects. the pool lifeguards seemed unhelpful , as they did not provide mats for the sunbeds even after i asked repeatedly. this left us on uncomfortable wooden planks. also , i noticed the pool table had restricted usage after 8/9pm , a letdown since there aren't many other entertainment options nearby.

helpful staff private access good food unhelpful lifeguard unclean storage missing sunbed

the staff was helpful. i found the restaurant options quite good. the food tasted great. access to the beach was convenient. the hotel provides private access.

the pool lifeguards were not helpful. they did not bring mats for sunbeds even after asking many times. we had to get them ourselves. the store room was unclean.
